RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court vide order dated 14.09.2022 had stayed the pronouncement of the order by the trial Court. However, by the time the order was communicated to the learned trial Court, the judgment was already pronounced. The report of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Narnaul, is also received that the order passed by this Court was received subsequent to the pronouncement of the order. Learned counsel submits that in view of the same, the present petition is rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already challenged the order passed by the Family Court.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
