(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent-Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana to take appropriate action on the representation dated 08.02.2017 (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period, in view of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.23414 of 2016 decided on 11.11.2016 titled as "Anil Kumar Alagh Vs. Registrar, Cooperative Socieites, Haryana and others".

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent-Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana to take appropriate action on the representation dated 08.02.2017 (Annexure P-5), in view of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.23414 of 2016 decided on 11.11.2016, within a period three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
