(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for direction to respondent No.1 for recalling the order dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-7), vide which, the extension of time prayed by the petitioners for payment of dues to respondent No.2 and 3, as per the order dated 05.12.2016 (Annexure P-2) has been declined on merits. 2.
Since the representation (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh, has not been decided by the respondent-Bank by passing a speaking order, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
