(Oral) Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to get conduct fair and impartial investigation in the complaint dated 12.10.2021 (Annexure P3) moved by the petitioners against private respondents for causing serious injuries to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide his representation dated 12.10.2021 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law. Notice of motion.
