This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relief in case bearing No. MNT/731/2019 titled as Vijaya and another versus Rajender Taneja to the effect that interim maintenance granted to the respondent be discontinued and the respondent be directed to return all the interim maintenance amount with interest to the petitioner. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has earlier approached this Court by way of CRR(F)-154-2022 challenging the order dated 25.10.2021, passed by the learned Family Court concerned whereby interim maintenance in a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. 6,000/- per month to the wife and Rs. 4,000/- per month to the daughter) was awarded. The said petition is pending adjudication before this Court for 29.8.2025. Now the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present petition claiming similar thereto reliefs, as claimed in the revision petition (supra). 3.

Since the revision petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order granting interim maintenance to the respondent, is pending Gurpreet Singh 2025.07.25 15:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-37368-2025 -2adjudication, therefore, the second petition claiming similar thereto reliefs, is not maintainable. The reason for stating so is that, since the matter which is already under consideration of the Court concerned, cannot be simultaneously challenged by a second petition. 4.

Consequently, the instant petition is hereby dismissed being not maintainable.
