(Oral) Counsel does not press the present writ petition at this stage since the Division Bench in LPA No. 1346 of 2014 decided on 30.09.2016 had permitted the respondents to initiate fresh inquiry proceedings. Counsel submits that the inquiry proceedings are over but the report has not been supplied yet. He accordingly prays for liberty to file a fresh petition keeping in view the above developments.
