-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.213 dated 19.9.2021 registered under Sections 379, 408, 120-B IPC and Section 411 IPC added later on at Police Station City-1, Abohar District Fazilka.

The FIR in this case was registered alleging that the petitioner misappropriated the steel utensils manufactured by the complainant and thereby caused loss of `47 lac to him.

( 2 ) CRM-M-46908-2021 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that the recovery in this case already stands effected of the steel utensils in question and that now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 21.2.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
