Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 125 dated 14.09.2020 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 354, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar, (during investigation Sections 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act were deleted and Sections 354A, 354-B and 452 IPC were added). Vide order dated 16.12.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
