The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the live and liberty of petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7 who are threatening to implicate the petitioners in false criminal case on the pretext of respondents No.4 to 7 along with local police officials. Further directing to take decision on the representation dated 17.06.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law. 3.
