(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P-4) and 25.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P-4) and 25.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and respondent No.2 shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner from running pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court. It is informed that identical writ petitions are pending before this Court for 09.09.2019.
