(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that respondent No. 3 is not issuing Migration Certificate and No Objection Certificate as a result of which his admission in the Master in Business Administration (Executive) course granted by the Panjab University, Chandigarh is not being confirmed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has served a legal notice dated 28.09.2021 (Annexure P-7) upon respondent No. 3, but it is not responding to the same. Nor has it issued the Migration Certificate and No Objection Certificate.

In the circumstances and looking to the fact that the petitioner has already served the legal notice dated 28.09.2021 (Annexure P-7) upon respondent No. 3, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.

It is, however, made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
