Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to count the services rendered by the petitioners on daily wage as well as Work Charge Basis, prior to their regularization w.e.f. 10.02.1998 for the purpose of grant of pension and pensionary benefits in terms of Punjab Govt. notification dated 23.02.2012/22.03.2013 (Annexure P-8) and further to direct the respondents to grant D.A. @ 119% instead of 90% as has been granted at the time of HIMANI GUPTA 2023.11.06 09:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having been rendered infructuous. 4.
