Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the respondents' action in compelling the petitioner to participate in the compulsory online transfer drive and uploading his wrong score sheet on Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already submitted representation dated 20.07.2023, Annexure P-6, to the respondents in this regard which has not been decided so far. She may be permitted to pursue the same by withdrawing the instant petition.
