The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 19.05.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar on a petition under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and the order dated 18.02.2022 vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition/appeal with better particulars. Permitted to do so. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
