CWP-593-2017 -2The petitioners herein have approached directly to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus without approaching the authorities concerned by filing a detailed representation for redressal of their grievance. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach the department concerned to move the said representation. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case the petitioners move a detailed representation along with certified copy of this order within two weeks, the same be decided by passing a speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
