Vide the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.596 dated 19.11.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Sections 307 and 302 IPC, were added later on, at Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
