Mr. Swapan Shorey, DAG, Punjab -- HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner is covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 11.07.2024 in CWP No. 8462-2019, titled as Sonam Verma and others vs. State of Punjab and others and the present petition be allowed in same terms. Learned State counsel submits that the said judgment has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1995-2024 titled as 'State of Punjab and others vs. Sonam Verma and others' Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one in case any right exists with the petitioner after the decision of the aforesaid LPA.
