Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.152 dated 03.04.2021 under Sections 376-D and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Ferojpur Jhirka, District Nuh.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from SI Kallu Khan submits that matter is sub judice before the learned trial Court. Challan against accused/respondents No.4 and 6 was presented on 18.08.2022 and 18.03.2023 respectively. Charges were framed on 21.04.2023. Out of 13 prosecution witnesses, 6 witnesses including the victim have been examined and next date of hearing in the case is 05.10.2023. Upon investigation by SHO Ferozepur Jhirkha and DSP Ferozepur Jhirkha, accused/respondents No.5 and 7 have been kept in column No.2.
