Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentState of Punjab informs the Court that vide letter dated 19.04.2023 (Annexure R-1), the respondents have appointed Justice Ajay Tewari, a former Judge of this Court as arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties and therefore, no further cause of action survives and the petition be disposed of.
