***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature certiorari for quashing impugned charge sheet dated 20.07.2016 (Annexure P-1) being illegal and against the Rule 2.2(b) volume part-II of Civil Services Rules (Annexure P-2). And further directing the respondents to release gratuity, commutation of pension and revised pension alongwith 18% interest. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though legal notice dated 10.08.2017 (Annexure P-3) was duly served upon the respondents but till date neither any response has been received nor any conscious decision has been taken. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner, in a time bound manner.

CWP No.330 OF 2018 --2-- instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Director, Women and Child Development Department Haryana, Panchkula to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his legal notice dated 10.08.2017 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same strictly in accordance with Service Rules particularly 2.2(b), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
