This is a civil writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the unit allotment cancellation letter dated 15.06.2026 issued by respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the company in question is a private company, thus, she be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek alternate remedy in accordance with law.
