Kang, learned counsel representing the National Highway Authority of India, submits that stay has been granted in civil revision petition(s) filed against the orders passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, Palwal, vide which the application under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, had been declined. He submits that, in the said revision petition, stay of disbursement of the amount has been granted subject to deposit of the decretal amount. Learned counsel further submits that the said decretal amount stands deposited vide demand draft dated 16.12.2025. He also contends that, in view thereof, the instant contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to controvert the aforesaid statement given by learned counsel representing the respondent-NHAI. 3.

In view of the above, the instant contempt petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
