SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Petitioners have filed instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.302 dated 12.12.2023 under Sections 419,420,465,467,468,471,120-B IPC registered at P.S. Division No.5, Ludhiana. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars including separately challenge order dated 21.10.2023 vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person.

Prayer is accepted.
