Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous as the term of Panchayat already stands expired.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.

However, in case any of the grievances of petitioner still remains unaddressed, she shall be at liberty to seek revival of this writ petition.
