(ORAL) CM-9314-CWP-2025 For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken up on Board today itself.

Main case The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners entitled to old pension scheme, and allot GPF them General Provident Fund (GPF) account numbers for subscription to the Fund.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in PUSHPINDER SAINI 2025.07.31 09:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CM-9314-CWP-2025 IN/AND CWP-21681-2020 -2this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided in terms of judgment, dated 18.11.2022, rendered by this Court in CWP No.18043 of 2018 and other connected matters, titled Hitesh Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and others, within a specified period.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the same will be decided by respondent no.3 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be decided by respondent no.3-Director Elementary Education by passing a speaking order thereupon in terms of aforementioned judgment, within three months of receiving the representation.
