Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the petitioner has been enlarged on interim bail by the Juvenile Justice Board vide its order dated 06.07.2020.

2. Given the fact that petitioner has already been released on interim bail by the Juvenile Justice Board, there is no necessity to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by Juvenile Justice Board vide order dated 06.07.2020 is made absolute.

3. In the main petition had granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 16.12.2019. But subsequent to the passing of interim order, the petitioner was arrested. Resultantly, vide order dated 18.06.2020 this court had issued contempt notice to the investigating Officer and the Station House Officer.

4. For the limited purpose of further contempt proceedings, CRM-13348 of 2020 is kept pending. Registry is directed to separate the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous application from the main petition and list the same on 18.08.2020 for arguments, as it has been submitted by learned State counsel that reply to contempt notice has already been filed.
