RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of an appropriate writ directing respondent No.2 to immediately drain out the entire dirty water of pond (Toba) comprised in khasra No.1810(4-15) which is recorded to be Panchayat Deh in the column of ownership in Jamabandi for the year 201920 with a further direction to resolve this problem of water logging in and around the house of the petitioner permanently. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that earlier representations and thereafter Reminder Annexure P-9 was given on 29.05.2023, to respondent No.2 but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
