MEHTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of regular bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.0052 dated 26.08.2020 registered at Police Station GRP Amritsar, under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, wherein the offences under Sections 302, 341, 396, 120-B, 473, 201 and 411 IPC are stated to have been added later-on.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner has already been acquitted in the criminal case under reference, vide the judgment passed by the concerned trial Court on 13.03.2024 and he submits that the present petition has, thus, become infructuous. 3.
Learned State counsel also acknowledges the factum of the acquittal of the petitioner in the relevant criminal case. 4.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
