(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation to the authorities concerned with regard to his transfer. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the authorities concerned shall dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously having regard to the contentions as may be raised by the petitioner.
