Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Complaint No.CIS No.COMI 339 of 2014 dated 23.04.2014 registered under Sections 498-A, 506, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is fatherin-law of complainant/respondent No.2 and he was not aware of the fact that he has been declared as Proclaimed Person, vide order dated 03.08.2021. He submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court, join the proceedings and file an application seeking grant of regular bail which may be decided in a time bound manner.
