The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents not to dispossess him forcibly. 2.

The petitioner claims that he has been occupying a public premises for the last 20 years by erecting a tent in order to run his business of "Aurveda Khandani Davakhana". It is not in dispute that the tent of the petitioner has already been uprooted on 20.10.2021. Moreover, the petitioner has not paid a penny to the Municipal Corporation for the last 14 years. The petitioner has failed to show any right, title or interest in the property. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed.
