(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023 seeking directions to respondent No.1 to keep any proposal for arresting the petitioners in any FIR instituted on the basis of complaint made by respondent No.2 in abeyance for a specific period of time so as to enable them to seek recourse to their legal remedies except in FIR No.10 dated 11.06.2025 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Vigilance Bureau, Ludhiana (Sections 465, 466, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC were added on 20.06.2025). 2.

He, on instructions, submits that although a complaint has been received on 06.06.2025, however, no notice as of date, has been issued in this regard and the said complaint is still under the process of verification. 4.
