******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.112 dated 20.04.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Samrala.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 20.09.2019 and has been released on interim bail.
Petitioner absented from trial on 04.06.2019. Now, he has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail in terms of order dated 05.09.2019.

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
