(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 439 read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C.) by petitioner seeking grant of interim bail in FIR No.82 dated 01.05.2026 registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 for a period of 09 days from 25.06.2026 to 03.07.2026. 2.

On consideration, this Court deem it appropriate to direct the concerned authorities to take the petitioner to his house for performing the last rites, Asthi Visarjan, Bhog and other customary religious ceremonies stated to be fixed on 01.07.2026 and 03.07.2026. 3.
