Per contra, learned counsel for respondent-Insurance Company contends that the compensation granted to the claimant is on the higher side and deserves to be reduced. He further points out that the respondent-claimant has already filed a separate appeal, being FAO-3419-2015, titled as "Reliance General Insurance Company Limited Vs. Sheela Devi and others" challenging the quantum of compensation awarded by learned Tribunal and seeks reduction, therefore, he prays that present appeal be dismissed. .
