Vinod Kumar 2018.01.17 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No.337 of 2018 Date of decision:11.01.2018 Daljit Kaur
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others
...Respondents
Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The petitioner is M.A. B.Ed. She had appeared in the Teachers Eligibility Test held by the State of Punjab in the year 2016 and had obtained 88 marks in Paper-II of Social Science. Admittedly, the result was declared in March 2017.
It is alleged that her marks were revised in re-checking and was raised from 88 to 89. She has now challenged the correctness of question no.116 of the paper of Social Science in the year 2018. It is needless to mention that the Teachers Eligibility Test took place in the year 2016, result was declared in March 2017 and now the present petition has been filed in the month of January 2018, which, according to this Court, is highly belated and hence, the same is hereby dismissed, though without any order as to costs.
