The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43, dated 24.02.2023, registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 34 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Shahzadpur, District Ambala, Annexure P-1.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
