Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to transfer all the enquiries pending between him and private respondents to a senior gazetted officer.

Short reply dated 25.04.2023 by way of affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police, East, Amritsar filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in Court today, is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. 3.

While drawing the attention of this Court to paragraph 5 of the said affidavit, learned State counsel submits that the complaint moved by the private respondents had been ordered to be consigned to the Record Room, which were accordingly done. In support of his submissions, learned counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to Annexures R-1/T and R-2/T.
