(Oral) It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that as per the undertaking of the respondent recorded by this Court in the order dated 17.1.2023, the respondent has withdrawn the petition filed by him under Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as 'Mohan Lal vs. Gurmit Kaur' bearing No.DMC/28/2020; and petition filed under Sections 7 & 13 of the Guardian & Wards Act read with Hindu Minority & Guardianship Act titled as 'Mohan Lal vs. Gurmit Kaur' bearing No.GW/2/2020 on 23.02.2023 pending before the learned Family Court, Nabha.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert this fact and submits that in view of the aforesaid position, the present VIJAY ASIJA 2023.03.01 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
