The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2, vide order dated 03.06.2023, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Moga in FIR No.30 dated 15.05.2023, registered under Sections 323 and 452 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to inference, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the trial Court be directed to decide the case without taking into consideration the observations made in the order dated 03.02.2023, as they will prejudice the complainant-petitioner and adversely affect the trial in the present case. 3.

Considering the aforesaid and to ward off the apprehensions as expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clarified that the observations made by the trial Court while granting anticipatory bail shall have no bearing whatsoever, on the merits of this case. The trial Court shall proceed uninfluenced therefrom.

Disposed of accordingly.
