SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Instant revision petition has been filed impugning order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the Family Court, Jind, in case MNT/125/678/2019, 'Sonia and another Vs. Servan Sharma', whereby, defence of the petitioner has been struck off, and conditional warrant of his arrest has been issued for 18.11.2021 for recovery of interim maintenance. Counsel for the petitioner has been heard.

Vide order dated 27.01.2020, the Family Court, Jind directed the petitioner to pay an interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month under Section 125, Cr.P.C., out of which Rs.4,000/- per month was awarded to wife-respondent No.1 and the balance amount of Rs.2,000/- was ordered in favour of minor-respondent No.2.Despite the order having been passed in January, 2020, it has not been complied with and on 04.10.2021, an application has been preferred by the husband-petitioner for modification SAVITA KADIAN 2021.11.17 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
