(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., inter alia for setting aside the impugned order dated 21.12.2018, whereby, the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and non-bailable warrants were issued and order dated 19.04.2019, whereby, the proclamation against petitioner was issued as well as order dated 02.07.2019, vide which the petitioner was declared the proclaimed offender, in case FIR No. 447, dated 09.11.2016, under Section 364-A IPC (Section 171 IPC added later on), registered at P.S. Jind Sadar, District Jind. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the paper book, no ground to entertain the instant petition is made out. Dismissed.
