 . &/ '0 The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of order dated 18.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.1- Union of India, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be detained under Section 3(1) of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 as well as order dated 17.09.2021 (P-3) passed by respondent No.2 vide which order with regard to detention for a period of one year has been passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already undergone the aforesaid period of detention and as such, the present petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.  ',
