RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the police officials to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondent Nos.6 to 10.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before respondent No.2 and if the same is filed within ten days from today, respondent No.2, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal, is at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.
