The instant petition has been filed under provisions of Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (BNSS) seeking quashing of FIR (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having been effected between the parties. 2.

It appears that infact the petitioner has already been tried and found guilty vide judgment dated 3.3.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Panipat, which is under challenge before this Court in criminal appeal i.e. CRA-D-657-2025 filed on behalf of the petitioner.
