Present petition has been filed for the grant of benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in respect of FIR No.0328 dated 27.11.2025 registered under Sections 419,420,406,467,468,471 & 120-B of IPC at Police Station Sahnewal, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana (Annexure P/1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
