# Claimant.appellant has challenged the Award dated 05.08.2013 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhiwani whereby claim petition filed by her on account of the death of her husband was dismissed.

Admittedly the deceased was going on borrowed motorcycle when he met with an accident on 04.03.2010 at about 9.15 a.m. leading to his death.
