By virtue of instant civil writ petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant him the benefit in terms of decision of this Court rendered on 15.04.2009 in CWP No. 3931 of 1992 (P-5) upheld in LPA No. 504 of 2012 decided on 22.05.2014 (P-13) and implemented qua similar employees and number of other similar writ petitions allowed vide judgment dated 15.07.2011 (P-8) and to release JST grade of Rs.110-250/- and revised grade thereof from time to time to the petitioner on the basis of higher qualification in terms of the above decisions of this Court and also as allowed to the similar teachers working in the Aided Schools vide memo dated 22.06.2015 (P-15), along with all consequential benefits as given to the similarly situated petitioners of the above referred writ petitions i.e. re-fixation Sonika 2018.02.15 17:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though representations dated 02.11.2017 and 05.01.2018 (Annexures P-18 and P-19) were moved to the respondent(s) but till date no action has been taken by the respondents.

The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent(s) to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in her latest representation dated 05.01.2018 (Annexure P-19) and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

However, in case, the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order passed by the competent authority, she shall be at liberty to have recourse to the other remedies available to her under law as well as to approach this Court.
