[2] On our asking, Mr.R.D.Sharma, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.Sumeet Goel, Advocate, who is also present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4. Let copy of the paper-book be handed over to them during the course of day.
[3] The principal relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the Central Bureau of Investigation (for brevity, `the CBI') to hand over the original file of Licence No.128 of 2008 dated 20.06.2008 to the Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, so that petitioner's request Meenu 2017.04.06 14:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh for renewal of that licence as well as for sanctioning of the revised building
CWP-6104-2017 -2plans can be considered by the said Department in accordance with law. [4] Learned counsel for the CBI fairly states that the original record shall be handed over to the Department concerned for the above-stated purpose within one week. Let petitioner's request for renewal of its licence as well as for sanctioning of the revised building plans be considered by the Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, within one month thereafter in accordance with Rules, Act and law. The original record shall be returned to the CBI thereafter.
[5] In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous though with liberty to the petitioner to raise other issues before an appropriate Forum at an appropriate time.
