Counsel appearing on either side submits before the Court that the matter was compromised between the parties in such a way that the appellant-wife would withdraw this appeal against the order passed by the competent trial Court under Section 25 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act and Section 25 of Guardians and Wards Act and the respondent-husband would not prefer any appeal as against the decree of divorce granted in favour of the appellant-wife under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

In view of the above compromise entered into between the parties and as requested by the counsel for the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
